In India, most of the Human Rights violations are observed in Indigenous land & tribal areas. Tribal women are being treated inhumanely against the fight for water, jungle and land. Innocent tribals are being called Naxals and thrown in jails. NHRC is unable to protect tribal human rights.
The human rights of the tribals of India should be protected. we have to put our point with full force in the United Nations Human Rights Council. Johar.
